Also keep record of how often you can eat different foods or drink different liquids. This will allow you to design a diet that suits you the best.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Step 1: &nbsp;prepare yourself<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Review the list of foods and beverages in the food listing for IC\/PBS.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Go over the two sections identified as \u201cBeneficial for the bladder\u201d and \u201cTry it\u201d.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Star with two personal lists of foods and beverages. &nbsp;One of the list will be called \u201cI can eat it\u201d. The other list will be called \u201cMay worsen my IC\u201d.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Step 2: &nbsp;begin with foods and beverages that are beneficial for your bladder<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eat and drink what appears on the sections \u201cBeneficial for your bladder\u201d. &nbsp;Generally, those foods do not negatively affect patients with IC.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Set the objective of eating six small meals each day, instead of three more abundant meals.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Write down everything you eat and drink on your daily record. Also include vitamins, supplements, nutritional or weight reduction products.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mark those foods that worsen your IC symptoms.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Add foods that do not worsen your CI symptoms on your \u201cI can eat\u201d list.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Include those foods that worsen your symptom on your \u201cMay worsen my IC\u201d list.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Step 3: &nbsp;after a few weeks try eating foods on the \u201cTry it\u201d list<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Slowly add foods to the \u201cTry it\u201d section. Only add one new thing at a time in small amounts. &nbsp;This will help you to determine if one specific food or beverage worsen your IC.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Try eating greater quantities of foods that do not worsen your symptoms. &nbsp;It is possible that you find out you can eat foods from the \u201cTry it\u201d list in small quantities without this worsening your IC symptoms.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Harmful foods from less to more<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The following list includes foods that many patients with IC have classified in one of the following categories:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Less harmful <\/span><b>(<\/b><b>benefits for the bladder<\/b><b>)<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Can be
